يمدي أداة تمكّن العميل، في الطلبات المؤهلة، من طلب تعديل بيانات التوصيل وبيانات المستلم بعد إنشاء الطلب وقبل تجاوز مرحلة التنفيذ المسموح بها.

Yemdi enables customers, for eligible orders, to request updates to delivery and recipient details after an order is placed and before the permitted fulfillment cutoff.

2. أهلية التعديل

ليست كل الطلبات قابلة للتعديل. قد تتوقف إمكانية التعديل بحسب حالة الطلب أو الشحنة أو الناقل أو قيود أخرى متعلقة بالتنفيذ. يحق ليمدي رفض تنفيذ تعديل غير آمن أو غير مدعوم.

Not every order is editable. Availability can depend on the order, shipment, carrier, or other fulfillment constraints. Yemdi may refuse an update that is unsafe or unsupported.

3. تكلفة الشحن

3. Shipping cost

يعرض يمدي أثر التعديل على تكلفة الشحن قبل التأكيد عندما تكون هذه المعلومة متاحة. إذا كان التعديل يتطلب دفعة إضافية أو استرداد مبلغ ولم يكن هذا التدفق مدعومًا، فلن يتم تنفيذ التعديل.

Yemdi shows the shipping-cost impact before confirmation when that information is available. If the change requires an additional payment or refund and that flow is not supported, the update will not be applied.

4. مسؤولية صحة البيانات

4. Accuracy of submitted information

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية التأكد من صحة العنوان وبيانات المستلم التي يقدّمها. يمدي لا يعمل كناقل شحن ولا يضمن أداء شركة الشحن أو مواعيد التسليم.

The user is responsible for ensuring that submitted address and recipient information is accurate. Yemdi is not a shipping carrier and does not guarantee carrier performance or delivery times.

قد تتأثر الخدمة بتغييرات أو أعطال في منصات أو خدمات خارجية مرتبطة بها. يمكننا تحديث الخدمة أو هذه الشروط عند الحاجة، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في هذه الصفحة.

The service may be affected by changes or outages in connected third-party platforms or services. We may update the service or these terms as needed; the latest revision date will be shown on this page.
